almost 26, time for some goals

i thought as a birthday present to myself i would make a list of things i would like to improve on, i guess you would call those *B~Day Resolutions*, anyways, here goes....

stretch EVERYDAY! all 7 day a week, for real & forever! flexibility is an awesome thing & i'm not that bendy :-) but i can be, i know it!
put lotion on my whole body twice a day, everyday! i'm only gonna get one shot at good skin so i shouldn't screw it up by slacking off! same goes for sunscreen, i need to be sure to ALWAYS (in daylight hours) have SPF on!
eat more veggies & fruit, especially dark greens!
drink more water! i think i need a new filtration system & a cool refillable water bottle that can go in the dishwasher OR can be cleaned real easy, i have a phobia about reusing things with caps on them... it's gross to me :-( i want to get over that.
floss more ! it's bad that i have to add that, but i really hate to floss :-( i'm a dirty kid, lol
learn new languages! i'm currently working on french. i would really, really like to learn how to speak, read & write in other languages... starting with french!

i may have more than that but i cant think of anything else right now... i think *6* goals for 26 is pretty good since i actually want these things to stick & be part of my life for good, no need to overwhelm myself.

&&& OMG! why is the freaking time changing so early??? i liked it better when it was closer to my B~day, it's sad to me, i'm was an extra added celebration for my B~day.
