Bella's 5th birthday is next thursday so i have been trying to come up with a nice doggy friendly vegan cake recipe to make for her, i think i am going to make a pineapple cake but i'm not sure about the icing yet. i really want it to be healthy or at the very least not terribly unhealthy for them. i got her a cut little squeaky plush diamond ring & martini for her B~day & a cute shirt && a collar... i hope she likes her stuff :-D i always get excited about my babies birthdays, lol. i need to get both pups new ID tags, i had changed my # around thanksgiving & when i got the pups new ID tags i got christmasy ones, so yeah i would say i need to get them some normal ones :-)
i haven't been knitting much lately, i have been bored with patterns & the yarn that i have in my stash is boring too :-( i have one more row to sew together on my filet crochet bat blanket & then that will be done, yay! too bad i'm being lazy with my crafty stuff.
this past wednesday i *rediscovered* vegan cheese! i had tried several brands in the past & i wasn't very impressed so i kinda gave up on having cheese for a few years, anyways, i tried the follow your heart vegan gourmet cheddar & i LOVE it! i think i have been vegan for so long that i forget how animal milk cheese taste, lol. i made some mac & cheese with it & i thought it turned out really yummy, Gary (he's a newbie vegetarian) liked it too & said he "could see where i would think that tasted like cheese" so i guess it's somewhat close. it melted very nicely too! yum!
i've been looking for a nice little pair of vegan pumps in a cute/fun color, i'm having trouble finding any locally. i also want some cute new earrings... i'm just saying :-)
OMG! liveMocha! i have been learning french for free on a online site livemocha.com i also signed up for spanish & something else that i can't think of right now. you can take as many languages as you want, i like it a lot.
moving on to super girly stuff (lol).. last spring i started using a diva cup, i loved it from the start, even with the slight *learning curve* i just had to say i love, love, love it! it is well worth the $30! i LOVE it! can't imagine life without it.
