1 cup cannellini beans (white navy beans)
2 tsp red wine vinegar
3/4 c. tomatos, minced
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1 med - large clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Sea salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
1 TBSP oregano, chopped
1/4 - 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped (may use fresh parsley)
CRUSTY BREAD OR PITA BREADS
IN A BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS & COMBINE WELL. (I USE THE FOOD PROCESSOR).
DRIZZLE WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL TO FINISH.
