2 Zuchinni
Soy parmesan
vegan mayonnaise (i like Nayonaise by NASOYA)
sea salt
pepper
oregano
chili powder
minced garlic
Directions
pre heat oven to 350 F
Slice zuchinni (about 1/2" pieces) place on baking sheet
Spread with a layer of vegan mayonnaise
sprinkle with soy parmesan
sprinkle with spices
cook for 10 - 15 min or until tender
