ingredients:
1 package extra firm tofu (drained & pressed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Cut the tofu into 8 slices then cut those in half. place in dish with soy sauce to marinade for about 10-15 mins (in the fridge) flip once half way through.
Heat olive oil in LARGE frying pan on medium heat. Place tofu in pan & cook for 8 mins on each side. in glass dish toss the cooked tofu & buffalo sauce around until all pieces are coated.

Yummy Dipping Sauce
ingredients:
1 package vegan sour cream
1 package seasoning mix (such as lipton soup & dip mix NOT ALL FLAVORS ARE VEGAN!! read ingredients before you buy!!!! kroger makes a vegan ranch)
mix until well blended & enjoy!
serve with celery & carrot sticks along side buffalo strips & enjoy!
*** also try it on a toasted hamburger bun! spread the *dip mix* on the bread & stack on the buffalo strips!
