i believe the last time i blogged i was talking about painting the kitchen & living room, i haven't done shit in there yet :( BUT we did go to total wine to get some yummy beers :-D i tried the Spire Mountain apple cider (not the dark & dry which i already know is the shit :) ) & it was awesome too! very spicy! i got 2 of the woodchuck private reserves :) & a crispin in a can... it makes me feel all burly when i drink my cider from a can O_o lol! i'm sure it will be good though :) last week i got all of my stuff out of my little warehouse, so on saturday i located the boxes that had my knitting & crochet stuff in them & got some yarn out & a set of needles so i could play :) i ended up trying to make a granny square since i had never tried to make them & i wasn't feeling very creative, so i switched my needles for a hook (H-8) & got to work! all i can say is OMG making granny squares is really fun! after the first one it's really mindless work so you can watch TV or whatever while making them. as of right this second i am sorta loosely planing on making a blanket out of them. i've made 4 so far so i have a long road ahead if i'm really going to make one, lmao!
on friday i got to see birds at my feeder in the new yard :) Blue Jays, Blue Birds, Morning Doves, Woodpecker mom & baby :) && 3 ducks in trees, lol! yesterday i finally saw the birdie who lives in the nest at our front door & i got a pic of her too :)
this weekend i also got back to reading my books. i read a few chapters in "Gossip Girl: You know you love me" & a few chapters in "I'm sorry you feel that way", && i've been keeping up with my "Hope for each day" book too :) i really love to read!
i am sorry to say this, but... since i have been working on moving into this house i have been putting poling off O_o i have only been poling about 1-2 times a week for about an hour & i haven't stretched at all in 3 weeks! i've been very, very bad! so today i am making a plan to dedicate time to pole & stretching no matter what happens! i may not give it 4 hours like i would love to but i can put in at least 1 hour of pole & 1 hour of stretching. it's just stupid not to since i'm only hurting myself by being a lazy ass! it's not like i've been sitting on my ass instead of working out, i've been doing shit around the house & moving stuff so at least i have been being active & using muscles & stuff :) i guess that really all that matters... well, except for the lack of stretching, that has to change today! ;)
i've only been up for an hour & i've already got a good bit of stuff done :) i've made coffee (& drank 1 cup, getting ready for cup #2), i've made shopping lists, i've updated my resume on indeed & looked for jobs (i didn't see any that i liked), written this blog, done some hand-washable laundry && stalked birdies, lol!
