over the weekend i went to a workshop with my pole idol, Alethea Austin! it was awesome!!! i took all the workshops that were offered :D i learned a lot & she was such a sweet girl! she took time with everyone, helping with our problem tricks, took lots of pics with everyone, even preformed for us! i met some local polers too so i'm excited to have made some new friends that pole... maybe i'll get to pole with people more often now :) this weekend was the first time i had ever gotten to pole with other people, i was real nervous when i was on my way there but it was awesome once i got there! i wasn't nervous at all! i realized i am a better dancer/poler than i thought i was :-D not that i can hang with Alethea or anything, i just didn't know i was even as good as i am! lol! & i'm much more flexy than i realized too!!! :-D hehe! yay!! i am more sore today than i have been in a long time from pole. i'm really excited about that too!
