#1. improve my posture! i slouch when i sit, i slouch when i stand & about the only time i stand up straight is when i pole. that needs to change before i get a hunchback o_O
#2. stretching! stretching always seams to find its way on my list :) this year i want to focus on getting into over splits (side splits anyway) getting a good & solid center spilt & arm flexibility, i want to be able to reach OVER my head & grab my foot... not sure that will happen in year 28 but i can work on it & get a lot closer for sure!
#3. drink more water & less shitty sugar drinks. if i could get down to one non water beverage a day that would be perfect! well & my coffee isn't going anywhere either! lol! but only one sodas or juice a day, everything else i drink needs to be water. it's so much better for your body so that should be enough for me to make it happen.
#4. make the yogini, aysha, jade split & brass monkey my bitches! & on spinny!!! :-D
#5. read some books! it has been years since i have sat down to read a book. part of this is because i am a lazy ass, part is because i haven't run across anything i am interested in reading.
#6. finish decoration my house!.. at lease the rooms downstairs.
#7. eat more fresh foods.
